Education: MacCollege

MacCollege this year is June 25. There will be two sessions beginning at 10:30 am. It will be held at St. Joseph's Hospital in the Education dept. (go in main door, to elevators, down one floor and walk past the cafeteria and you'll see the Education wing and the classrooms). We will be having classes on the Subjects of iLife: iTunes, GarageBand, iPhoto, iMovie, iDVD. The classes are free and open to everyone.

MacCollege is AMUG's community education event where classes are held by some of the leading experts in the group on topics of interest to any and all Mac Users. It is open to the public and, best of all, it's FREE!

Free classes were offered in 2004 at the Art Institute of Atlanta. The classes offered were:

"Round Tripping: Workflow in the Production Studio"
Photoshop Elements
The QUALITY Publication: Best Practices Using QuarkXPress
Web Standards (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM)
iLife '04
OS X
Advanced Cascading Style Sheets
iMovie
iPhoto
Web Site Design

Have a suggestion for a future MacCollege Class? Just email the Education Director with any suggestions or ideas you might have for class subjects. AMUG will do its best to accommodate your needs, as well as the educational needs of the entire Mac Community. That's what MacCollege is all about!
