Join the Online Community

Step One: Register
(First Time Users Only)
If you are a new user, you'll need to register an account. You can register online by clicking on the link below. After you register, a system operator will contact you to let you know when you have been granted access.

Be sure to make a note of the User ID and password you select in case you forget them. Remember that your user name and password are case-sensitive, so if you use any capitals you will need to type it the same each time you log in. Conveniently, the FirstClass software will remember your name and password for you so you won't have to type them each time you login.

Step Two: Download the Software
Click here to download the FirstClass software and the appropriate setup instruction file for your computer and OS.

Once the download has completed, the installer file and the setup file should be on your desktop.

Step Three: Install and set up the Software to access AMUG
Open the instructions file first. It contains the instructions on how to install the FirstClass software and set it up to access the AMUG Online Community. It will be in the PDF file format. If the file does not open when you double click on it, then you will need Adobe Reader (free software, formerly Adobe Acrobat Reader) or the Preview application if you are using OS X.
