under the Arts & Entertainment heading? I mean, we all own and use iPods, right?  I think it would be nice to have a category where we could make music recommendations or ask questions about music, download services, iPod issues, etc.

I've added a Music category, and modified the "Handhelds and PDAs" category to now read "Handhelds, PDAs, and MP3 players".
