What's the secrets to getting the best deal when going to Disneyland/world?

I'm going to go camping at Fort Wilderness in mid July for a week with the wife (25th anniversary) and we're looking for all the tips and tricks to get the most bang from the disney experience.

Since we'll be in the Orlando area, we're also prepared to leverage the campsite as a launchpad for Universal Studios / Sea World, etc .. So dont just constrain your suggestions to the DW area ..

To be honoest the best thing for you to do is the Magic Your Way tickets.  Basically what they are is a pay a price per day that you want tickets for.  The more days you purchase the cheaper it is per day.  IOW, when we were there in October it would have cost us only $15 more between staying 8 or 10 days, so of course it made more sense to get tickets for 10 days.
