Description: This is a first-generation eMac that I purchased in November 2002. These computers were designed for educational use and built like battle tanks. I especially love the powerful speakers, which produce awesome sound. This computer can run everything a modern computer can, just a little slower. Ideal for casual use - email, writing letters, surfing web, etc... Would make a great computer for a child or senior citizen who does not require major processing power.

Also: I have a 21 inch Dell Inspiron monitor, placed into service in November 2001. I have the cable to hook this up to the eMac, in case you need a larger screen. Price: $20 (or free if you buy the eMac).

These machines are built like a tank and still have a lot of life left in them.
